She was born in New Holland to the late Daniel and Lillian (Wingenroth) Snader and was the wife of the late Raymond H. Ruhl who passed away in 1983.
Pauline was a charter member of the Grace Brethren Church of Lititz, where she was a deaconess and taught Sunday school for many years. She was a former leader of the Sisterhood of Mary and Martha girls program (SMM). She enjoyed crocheting and singing, and was a caregiver to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members. She had worked in quality control at RCA for over 37 years.
She is survived by two sons: Robert Lee, husband of Peggy M. (Frey) Ruhl of Lititz; Larry E., husband of Linda (Troupe) Ruhl of Ephrata; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers: James, husband of Lillie Snader of Brickerville and Samuel Snader of Hopeland; five sisters: Miriam Kemp of Manheim, Annabelle Bedi of Manheim, Lois Eaby of Ephrata, Lillian Wiegand of Lititz and Gloria Nauman of Ephrata and a daughter-in-law: Alice Ruhl Gibble of Manheim.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: Jay and Richard Ruhl and four sisters: Esther Baer, Josephine Sprecher, Florence Alexander and Doris Groff.
A viewing will be held Feb. 28 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Grace Brethren Church of Lititz, 400 W. Lincoln Ave., Lititz, followed by her funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastors William Willard and Samuel Baer officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
