Elizabeth Ann Gorham Simpson

Elizabeth Ann Gorham Simpson, 90, completed the earthly portion of her life May 21, 2013 at Moravian Manor.

Born in Lancaster, Betsy was the daughter of the late Susan Roy Gorham and Francis Aloysius Gorham.

After graduation from J.P. McCaskey High School in 1940, she enrolled in Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg, Va. She was a member of the Mary Washington Players and the National Honorary Classics Society. As part of the International Relations Club, she participated in a British-American penpal exchange, sending frequent letters and gifts to a young English woman experiencing the difficulties and shortages that pervaded the UK during World War II. Upon graduation from college in 1944, Betsy began teaching at the Douglas MacArthur Elementary School in Alexandria, Virginia. She returned to Lancaster and taught at the Buehrle School before marrying attorney W. Roger Simpson in December, 1949 at St. Mary’s Church in Lancaster. When Roger was recalled to the Navy during the Korean War, they lived in Alexandria, Virginia. Apart from that sojourn, they spent their 46 married years in Lancaster. Roger died in 1996.

Betsy was an active volunteer at Sacred Heart School and parish and at Lancaster Catholic High School. She was a member of the Junior League of Lancaster and the Pennsylvania Catholic Beneficial League. In 1965, she began service as a "Gray Lady" at St. Joseph’s (now Lancaster Regional) Hospital, and continued as a Red Cross Volunteer for 46 years, bringing mail, flowers and her personal greetings to innumerable patients throughout the decades. She was widely known as a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Phillies. She enjoyed gardening, history, music, vacations in Avalon, N.J., and a succession of memorable cats.

She is survived by her four children: William Roger "Sil", Jr., husband of Barbara Stank, Lancaster; Susan Frances, wife of Malcolm Brown, Dresher; Thomas George, husband of Daniela Ciceri, Lancaster; and Anne Elizabeth, wife of Curt Suplee, Silver Spring, Maryland. She was extremely fond and inordinately proud of her grandchildren: Elizabeth Anne Brown, New York; Laura Jane Brown, Washington, D.C., Kevin Brown, Alexandria, Va.; Arianna Simpson, New York; Lorenzo Simpson, Lancaster; Samantha and Maria Suplee, Silver Spring, Md.

A brother: George E.R. Gorham, died in 2001.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, on May 29 with Rev. Michael E. Messner as Celebrant. Interment took place at Greenwood Cemetery, Lancaster. 93, Rothsville High class of ’37

Myrtle B. Snyder, 93, of Pleasant View Retirement Community, passed away May 14, 2013.

Born in Rothsville, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Ritter Bushong. She shared 38 years of marriage with the late Guy S. Snyder, who passed away in 1995.

A 1937 graduate of Rothsville High School, Myrtle worked at Farmers First Bank in Lititz for 29 years prior to her retirement in 1984. She was a lifetime member of St. Luke’s United Church of Christ, formerly Reformed Church of Lititz, where she served as a Sunday school teacher, sang in the choir, served on numerous committees and was a deacon. She volunteered for twenty years with Meals on Wheels in Lititz and in the Pleasant View gift shop. Myrtle loved her twelve nieces and nephews and their families, who were all very special to her.

She is survived by her brother: H. Ray Bushong, Manheim; sister: Mary Jane Hartman, Denver, Colo.; and sister-in-law: Alice Snyder, Lititz.

She was preceded in death by her brothers: Samuel and Jacob Bushong.

Funeral services were held May 18 at St. Luke’s United Church of Christ. Interment followed in Old Zion Cemetery, Brickerville. Anna H. Wenger, 90, of Millmont, formerly of Millersville, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at the home of her daughter, Anna, in Millmont.

She was born in York to the late Peter H. and Elsie (Hursh) Gehman and was the wife of the late Menno M. Wenger who passed away in 2008.

Anna was a member of the Lime Rock Mennonite Church, Lititz, of the Weaverland Conference.

She is survived by five sons: Isaac G., husband of Louella (Martin) Wenger of New Bloomfield, Paul G. Wenger of East Earl, Eli G., husband of Hannelore (Zimmerman) Wenger of Manheim, Menno G. Jr., husband of Alta (Kurtz) Wenger of Middleburg, Irvin G., husband of Anna Mae (Kuhns) Wenger of Three Springs; eight daughters: Lena G. Wenger of Manheim, Martha G. Wenger of Morgantown, Elsie G., wife of Stephen Bauman of Manheim, Alta G. Wenger of Lancaster, Edith G., wife of John Meadows of Lebanon, Anna G., wife of Glen Weaver of Millmont, Alice G., wife of Clair Hostetter of NY, Ellen G., wife of Carl Harter of Lititz; 60 grandchildren; 99 great grandchildren; four siblings: Henry, husband of Martha Gehman of Mohnton, Naomi Nolt of Mifflinburg, Eli, husband of Hannah (Zimmerman) Gehman of Denver, Colo., Rachel, wife of Martin Zimmerman of Colorado City, Colo.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by an infant daughter: Freida; a grandson: Wilson Wenger; a granddaughter: Melinda Wenger; two sisters: Elizabeth Burkholder, Kathryn Nolt; three brothers: Titus, Paul and Marvin Gehman.

Services were held May 27 at the Farm Crest Chapel and Groffdale Mennonite Church, Weaverland Conference, with Bishop Melvin Horning officiating. Interment was in the adjoining church cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.

Daniel J. Charles, 91, Lititz, passed away at home May 31, 2013.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Daniel M. and Mary Shirk Charles. Married to Jeanette Bucher Charles, they would have celebrated 67 years of marriage June 8.

A 1940 graduate of JP McCaskey High School, Daniel served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He worked as an electrician for Warner-Lambert in Lititz for 27 years before retiring in 1984. He was a member of United Church of God I.A. in York. He enjoyed playing pinochle and casino, reading, flower gardening, trains and trolleys and repairing radios.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Theresa, wife of James Ross, Lititz; Cynthia, wife of Jim Hedges, Nevada, Mo.; Thomas Charles, husband of Kathryn, Selinsgrove; Christina, wife of Alan Weaner, Gettysburg; Philip Charles, husband of Tammy, Lititz; 17 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two half-sisters: Evelyn Seitz Dull and Arlene Seitz Calhoun.

A funeral service will be held at the Richard H. Heisey Funeral Home, 216 S. Broad St., Lititz June 5 at 2 p.m. with a viewing an hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Hammer Creek Mennonite Cemetery, Lititz.

William David DeSantis

William David DeSantis, 86, of Lancaster went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Moravian Manor, Lititz.

Born in Altoona, William was the son of the late Thomas and Joaneena Mastriogiorgio DeSantis. Willie was the loving husband of Ann (Hiestand) DeSantis, and they would have observed their 19th wedding anniversary in August. He was preceded in death by sisters: Helene Wohleruck and Mary Sitman.

Willie retired from Armstrong World Industries in 1993 after 35 years of service. After his retirement, he worked for Interface Solutions for many years. He attended Juanita College and Millersville University. Willie was a member of Calvary Church in Lancaster. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and will be remembered for his love of racing at Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway (LANCO Micro Midgets) for over 40 years. He had exceptional artistic abilities and enjoyed playing big band music on the trumpet.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Janeane (DeSantis) Gainer, wife of Donald; Craig DeSantis, husband of Margo; David DeSantis, husband of Tammy; Marianne DeSantis Thomson, wife of Dale; Janelle (DeSantis) Roberts, wife of Alan, and stepchildren: Rhonda, wife of Dr. Stephen Karl; Susan Stofflet, fiancé of Richard Fox; Jennifer, wife of Matthew Myers; and his sister: Jane Davis. Willie, affectionately known as Pap-Pap, was adored by his 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild and will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Private graveside services will be held for the family. A memorial service with Pastor David Allen, Jr. officiating was held at Calvary Church June 4.

Dolores Marie Dragann

Dolores Marie Dragann, 90, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully May 26, 2013, at Ephrata Community Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Lambertville, N.J., and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late James F. and Edith Ann Ledger Everett. She graduated from Temple University with a Degree in Education. After graduation, she joined the Navy, serving in WWII. While stationed in Pensacola, Fla., she married Nicholas J. Dragann, Sr., who passed away two months ago after 68 years of marriage. She was a homemaker who was dedicated to her family. When her husband retired in 1985, they moved to Lancaster to be with her sons and their families.

Dolores is survived by her two sons, both of Lancaster: Nicholas J. Dragann, Jr., D.O., husband of Kathleen; and Raymond D. Dragann, D.O., husband of Patricia; her grandchildren: Christine, Erin, Shawn and Brendan; her great-grandchildren: Tyler and Greyson; and her brother: William Everett of Trenton, N.J.

Friends were received June 1 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, Lititz, followed by the funeral service. Interment was in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.

Mary J. Gaffney, 93, of Lititz, passed away May 28, 2013.

Born in New York, N.Y., and former Bloomfield, N.J. resident, Mary was the daughter of the late Francis and Ann Fitzgerald Barry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Hank" Gaffney in 2009. She is survived by cousins-in-law and their families.

A resident at Luther Acres, Mary was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Lititz, and former member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians of Essex County, N.J. Until her retirement in 1978, she worked for 40 years as a supervisor for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Newark, N.J.

Following retirement, Mary and her husband enjoyed living in Colorado for many happy years. She enjoyed games, reading and playing bingo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at the Chapel of the Good Samaritan, Luther Acres, 250 St. Luke Drive, Lititz, on June 7 at 10:30 a.m., preceded by a viewing at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

Joyce (Rhen) Grosh

Joyce (Rhen) Grosh, 83, a resident of Moravian Manor and formerly of Ephrata, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013 from pulmonary fibrosis as a result of interstitial pneumonia which she contracted on vacation in 2001.

Born in Lititz to the late Richard H. and Minerva "Laura" (Smith) Rhen, Joyce is survived by her loving husband, William Kilgore Grosh, M.D., to whom she was married almost 61 years.

A 1947 graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, Joyce attended Lancaster Business College and was employed in the personnel department of the Hamilton Watch Company. After Bill and Joyce were married at the First Reformed Church of Lancaster and at the beginning of Bill’s third year in medical school, Joyce and Bill lived in Philadelphia where Joyce was responsible for interviewing and hiring women for the Home Insurance Company.

Joyce’s lifelong love of music began in third grade when she studied piano and eventually the clarinet in high school and later played the electronic organ professionally. In her later years, Joyce shared her talent playing the organ at Lancashire Hall for 12 years. Having been taught the classics, Joyce learned to play popular music from Bob Stetler and Charles Buckwalter (a popular Lancaster band leader). Joyce and Bill also enjoyed their travels, visiting 46 different states and 41 countries.

In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her brother: Richard S. Rhen; two sons: Thomas Rhen Grosh of Lititz and James Kilgore Grosh and his wife Ellen of Ann Arbor, Mich.; four grandchildren: Austin and Jared of Lititz and Katie and Laura of Ann Arbor.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and staff at Moravian Manor who went above and beyond in their care of Joyce.

Jane E. Neill, 94, of Luther Acres, Lititz, formerly of Lancaster where she lived for 88 years, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013. She was the wife of the late Lloyd S. Neill, and the daughter of the late Ray C. and Estella Ganse Ingram. Jane was a lifetime member of Grace Lutheran Church, Lancaster, where she was still active in the Deborah-Elizabeth Circle. She enjoyed fishing and eating crabs at Pat and Smitty’s every summer. Jane loved spending time with her family. She was their rock.

Jane is survived by a daughter: Sandy Baker of Columbia; a son: Dave, husband of Janice Neill of Lititz; five grandchildren: Lynne, Cathi, Craig, Jessica and David; five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister: Mildred Hollinger of Columbia; and a sister-in-law: Thelma Ingram of Lancaster; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother: Herb Ingram; a sister: Helen Miller; a daughter: Marlene Kepner Lefever; and her great-grandson: Andrew Steffy.

A funeral service for Jane was held June 4 at Grace Lutheran Church, Lancaster with Pastor Stephen P. Verkouw officiating. Interment was in Conestoga Memorial Park,

Jesse D. Roberts, Jr. of Lititz, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013.

Born in Pottstown, he is the son of Emma Sheeler Roberts, Lititz, and the late Jesse D. Roberts, Sr. He is the husband of Jaime Zerr Roberts.

A graduate of Warwick High School, Jesse worked as an Ephrata EMT.

Barbara J. Timony, 75, of Lititz, formerly of New York, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013 at Hospice and Community Care, Essa Flory Inpatient Center.

Born in Knoxville, Tenn., Barbara is the daughter of the late Ellsworth James and Ruth Callie Standen. She is survived by her daughter: Ruthann (John) Kreiner, Lititz; two sons: Scott Wesselhoft, North Babylon, N.Y. and David (Wendy) Wesselhoft, Lancaster; and six grandchildren.

Barbara worked at Skip’s Cutting, New Holland as a fabric technician. She enjoyed her grandchildren, crocheting, drawing, and reading.

Barbara’s life celebration graveside service will be held June 7 at 4 p.m. at Hopeland United Methodist Cemetery at the corner of Clay and Church roads in Lititz (Hopeland) with Rev. Doug Winne officiating.

John A. ‘Red’ Wilson

John A. "Red" Wilson, 87, formerly of Manheim and Elizabethtown, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Brethren Village, Lancaster.

Born in Tower City, he was the son of the late William J. and Margaret Nash Wilson. He was the husband of the late Ada Shenenberger Wilson who died in 2001.

Retired in 1982, Red worked as a machine operator at Armstrong World Industries, Marietta Plant. In his earlier years, he worked as a machinist at the former Raymark Industries, Manheim and Olmsted Air Force Base, Middletown. He was also owner and operator of the former Wilson’s Atlantic Gas Station, Elizabethtown. Red was a United States Army veteran serving during WW II and he received a Purple Heart Medal and three bronze stars. He was a member of Ruhl’s United Methodist Church, Manheim since 1954.

He was the last of his immediate family.

Funeral services were at Brethren Village Chapel June 4. Interment was in Ruhl’s United Methodist Cemetery, Rapho Township.

Charles W. Meier, Jr., 72, of Lititz passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Camden, N.J. he was the son of the late Charles W. Meier, Sr. and Isabel (Falcon) Meier. He was married to Faith (Johnson) Meier with whom he celebrated over 50 years of marriage.

Charles attended Eastern University and received a bachelor’s degree in pre-theology. During graduate school, Charles studied Hebrew and went onto receive his first master’s degree from Faith Theological Seminary in Elkins Park and later received a master’s in education from Temple University. He was a technical writer for most of his career and worked for various contracting companies in the government. He was an avid reader, enjoyed water color painting and spending time with his grandchildren and family.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his children: Charles J. Meier, husband of Debra C. of Marietta; Heidi C. Good, wife of G. Todd of Lebanon; and Martin D. Meier, husband of Cynthia of Lititz. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Madeline, Isabella, Josephina, Grace and Pearl.

Friends were received June 3 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, Lititz, with the funeral service following.

Marlin L. Haldeman, 62, of Manheim took his last deployment and is safely home in the arms of Jesus Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Lloyd and Susan Hollinger Haldeman of Manheim. Marlin was the loving husband of Deborah A. Wike Haldeman and they celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary in April.

Marlin graduated from Manheim Central High School in 1968 and Millersville University in 1979 with a BA in Education. Marlin enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1970 which included an active tour during the Vietnam War. He then joined the PA Air National Guard in 1974 and retired as Chief Master Sergeant. He was Officer in Charge of the Electronic Communications Systems section of the 193D Special Operations Squadron, PA Air National Guard. He conducted airborne operations of radio and television systems on the aircraft, Commando Solo and he received numerous medals and stars.

Marlin was a member of Grace Church of Lititz and the Penn-Elm Lions Club. He was also owner/operator of M.L. Haldeman Aluminum Awnings, Lititz. His interests included gardening, biking and he loved to spend time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are three sons: Keith, husband of Zara Townsend Haldeman of Wyoming; Scott Haldeman of Jonestown; and Joel, husband of Amy Zuck Haldeman of Pittsburgh; seven grandchildren; a sister: Kathy, wife of Conrad Nasatka of Manheim; and two brothers: Larry, husband of Deb Shelly Haldeman of Manheim and Mark, husband of Karen Galbach Haldeman of Landisville. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Haldeman.

Relatives and friends attended his memorial service at Grace Church of Lititz June 9 with Pastor William C. Willard officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in Penryn Cemetery.

Paul H. Hursh, 79, of Lititz, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013, at his residence.

He was born in New Holland to the late Curvin and Anna (Martin) Hursh and was the husband of Barbara (Sensenig) Hursh with whom he shared 59 years of marriage.

Paul was a member of Valley View Mennonite Church, Stevens, where he served as a deacon for 39 years. Paul was a farmer.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by seven sons: Clair, husband of Carolyn (Sensenig) Hursh of Martinsburg; Earl Ray, husband of the late Rachel (Burkholder) Hursh of Middleburg; James, husband of Cynthia (Boll) Hursh of Lebanon; Jay Paul, husband of Jeanette (Zimmerman) Hursh of Lititz; Leon, husband of Diane (Martin) Hursh of Ephrata; Jesse, husband of Marlene (Martin) Hursh of Morrisville, Vt.; Philip, husband of Mary Kay (Burkholder) Hursh of Lititz; a daughter: Carolyn, wife of James K. Charles G. Keller

Charles G. Keller, 94, of Manheim, passed away June 8, 2013 at Pleasant View Retirement Community.

Born in Penn Township, he was the son of the late Enos and Katie Graybill Keller, and was married for 73 years to Ruth Seitz Keller of Lititz.

Formerly of Lititz, he was a member of Coleman Memorial Chapel, Brickerville, and the Lebanon County Beagle Club. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed gardening.

Charles was a dairy farmer and later worked in the maintenance department in the Warwick School District.

Survivors include his wife: Ruth, his son: Dennis, husband of Maria Eugenia Keller, Carlisle; daughter: Karen, wife of David Hoffer, Lititz; grandsons: Ryan and Jason Keller; and a brother: Wilbur, husband of Martha Keller, Lititz. He was preceded in death by a son: C. Lynn Keller and sisters: Ethel Hoffer, Grace Whitcraft and Ruth Garman.

The family would like to thank the staff at Pleasant View for their compassionate care of their loved one.

Memorial services will be held June 13 at 11 a.m. in the Hoffer Auditorium at Pleasant View Retirement Community, 544 North Penryn Road, Manheim, with a visitation with the family one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Margaret Weinhold Lange, 90, Luther Acres, Lititz, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013.

Margaret was born in Fivepointville, but spent most of her life in Florida. Several years ago, she and her now deceased husband, Gene Lange, moved back to Lancaster County.

Margaret is survived by a daughter: Joyce Crawford of Tallahassee, Fla. and step-son: John Lange and his wife Joyce of Gramby, Conn. Margaret has five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters: Ethel Sikorsky of Lancaster and Ruth Sensenig of Ephrata; and three brothers: Mike Weinhold of Bowmansville, Melvin Weinhold of Fivepointville and Jim Weinhold of West Lawn.

Margaret and Gene spent many years wood carving and going to craft shows with their creations. Margaret was a member of the Bible Fellowship Church in Ephrata.

Funeral services were June 11 at the Bible Fellowship Church, Ephrata, with Pastor Ralph Soper officiating. Burial followed at Pine Grove Mennonite Cemetery in Bowmansville.

Glenn E. Moore, 82, of Lititz passed away June 9, 2013.

Born in Orbisonia, he was the son of the late William and Mary Holden Moore. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Deloris Carbaugh Moore.

Retiring in 1992, Glenn worked for 19 years at Wilbur Chocolate. A veteran of the Korean War, he was a lifelong member of VFW Post 1463 of Lititz, American Legion Garden Spot Post 56, Lititz; Moose Lodge 596, Elizabethtown. A week prior to his death, he was hauling scrap metal and junking — his favorite hobbies.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son: Glenn Moore, Jr., husband of Debra, Manheim; daughter: Debra, wife of Fred Fischer, Lititz; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother; Donald, Mt. Union.

A memorial service will be held at the Richard H. Heisey Funeral Home, 216 S. Broad St., Lititz, June 13 at 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Brunnerville U.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to richardheiseyfuneralhome.com.

Earl R. Rothfus, 89, of Lititz, died Monday, June 10, 2013, at Luther Acres.

Earl was the son of the late Fred and Elsie Ruthart Rothfus. He was married to the late Nancy Herr Rothfus, who died in 2000.

Earl graduated from Manheim Township High School in 1942 and later joined the United States Army reaching the rank of Private First Class and served during WWII. Earl worked his produce stand at Central Market for 25 years. He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church and a lifetime member and assistant chief volunteer fireman for the Neffsville Fire Company. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion and coached little league baseball and enjoyed gardening in his spare time.

He is survived by two sons: Thomas E., husband of Ann Rothfus of Lititz; Robert M., husband of Susan Rothfus of Lancaster; a daughter: Linda Sue Rothfus of Joppa, Md.; a brother: Donald Rothfus; and a twin sister: Anna Wetzler both of Lititz; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Earl was predeceased by a son, Terry Rothfus and a brother, Richard Rothfus.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Earl’s celebration of life funeral service June 18 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 10 Delp Road, Lancaster with the Reverend Craig Ross officiating. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Earl S. Siegrist, 91, of Lancaster passed away Monday, June 3, 2013 at Hospice & Community Care, Lancaster.

Born in Manheim Township, he was the son of the late Harvey S. and Ada Stehman Siegrist. He was the husband of Esther Snavely Siegrist who died in 2008. Earl was an independent truck driver and also worked as a poultry farmer in York County.

He was a long-time member at Neffsville Mennonite Church. His interests included fishing and boating.

Surviving are two daughters: Doris S., wife of J. Nevin Gish of Lancaster; Joanne, wife of Harold N. Blank of Quarryville; a son: Kenneth S., husband of Cynthia Kreider Siegrist of Peach Bottom; two grandchildren: Drew Blank and Dana Todd; three great grandchildren: Mason and Alexander Blank and Brooks Todd; two brothers: Jay Mervin Siegrist of Lancaster and Roy S. Siegrist of Lititz; and a sister: Esther M. Smith of Lancaster. He was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy M. Wenger.

Relatives and friends attended his funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, Manheim June 7. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in East Petersburg Mennonite Cemetery.
